Rebel’s Tail is a licensed, home‑boarding retreat in Bury where dogs enjoy safe, loving stays in a real family home. Instead of kennels or noisy environments, we offer calm, cosy surroundings where every dog is treated as part of the household. Our focus is on comfort, companionship, and creating a stress‑free experience tailored to each dog’s needs.

Dogs staying with us enjoy daily countryside walks, plenty of playtime, and relaxed garden lounging. Inside, they have access to comfy beds, soft blankets, and a peaceful environment designed to help them settle quickly and feel secure. Every dog will receive genuine one‑to‑one attention, affection, and routine.

We focus on creating steady routines, quiet spaces and calm, positive interactions that help them relax at their own pace. By recognising their individual triggers and offering patient, confidence‑building care, we give nervous dogs the chance to settle comfortably and enjoy a secure, home‑from‑home experience.

We offer an overnight trial stay so your dog can relax, settle in, and become familiar with our home before a longer booking of 7 nights or more. It’s a gentle, reassuring introduction that helps them feel secure and content, and gives you confidence knowing they’re comfortable in their home‑from‑home.
